Here it goes. The countdown till summer and needing to get into shape for that bikini weather. So a new year a new diet of course.

Today is day 1 And it hasn’t been so bad except for when I walked into work this morning and kids were eating McDonald’s breakfast that wasn’t that good of a time. And not only am I eating differently I am also going to the gym Monday to Thursday. Unfortunately I hate going by myself but sometimes my friends like to flake because obviously there are more fun things to do than go to the gym but lucky me Jameson said he needs to start going to the gym too so we are going to try and motivate each other and I am going to start cooking more healthy dinners starting tonight with a buffalo chicken salad that my stepmom makes that is delicious. I need to get in shape for the summer not just for bikini weather but also because I might be going to Europe for a little while in which case I would be taking tons of pictures and would need to be looking thin in all of them. :] I’m going to use this blog to kind of talk about the greats and gripes about this new healthy lifestyle change I am attempting to make.
